How can I become a member?

Easy. Just fill out the signup form and tell us a bit about yourself. You will then be asked to confirm your registration. After this, you will be offered your first survey. Completing this survey is worth 500 points - you're on your way to earning your first reward!

How much does it cost to join?
A:
Nothing! Membership is and always will be free. Taking surveys earns you points that you can apply towards rewards at the Rewards Store.

Why do you ask so many questions about me?
A:
In order to send you surveys that are appropriate and meaningful to you, we need to gather some information. This way, you will only receive surveys with questions about products and services that are relevant to you. For example, a video game company might be interested in surveying younger aged males who are more likely to play video games. In this case, we would need to know age and gender to email that survey to the right audience. Rest assured, your personal information is not shared with anyone without your explicit permission (opt-in) and other than as outlined in our
privacy policy.

Why do you ask for my mailing address?

We need your mailing address for gift certificates and other rewards that are mailed to you by the postal service.

Do I need any special software to participate?
A:
itsmythingBET surveys require you to have your Internet Web browser enabled to accept cookies. You will also need a modern Web browser: itsmythingBET supports Microsoft Internet Explorer versions 5 and up (for Microsoft Windows only), Netscape Navigator versions 7 and up, the open-source Mozilla Web browser (any version), and Apple's Safari Web browser.

Currently we only accept signups from people residing in the U.S. but we will be accepting international members in the near future.

Can more than one person signup using the same email address?

I already have an account with itsmythingBET. Can my spouse, roommate, or children sign up using their own email address?

Unfortunately, we only allow one member per household to sign up with itsmythingBET. All others 18 and older living at the same residence are not eligible for itsmythingBET membership.
